About
Small steps, small adventures and small changes can transform our lives.
I believe in vulnerability with intent. I'm choosing to share my journey with you in the hope that it will inspire you in some way. If any of it resonates, I will love to hear from you.
My Story
What let me to become an organizational psychologist, wellbeing strategist and yoga teacher helping companies and individuals build healthier, more balanced ways of working and living.
My Journey
My path into wellbeing did not begin in a boardroom or a yoga studio.
It began during one of the most difficult periods of my life.
In my early twenties I experienced my first depressive episode. At the time, I was studying psychology and trying to understand the human mind academically yet I felt disconnected from my own body and emotions.
Yoga entered my life initially as a physical practice. What I discovered through it was something much deeper: compassion, presence and a sense of connection that I had not felt in a long time.
Yoga became a pathway back to myself.
Over time I began integrating what I was learning through psychology, therapy and movement practices. I realized that true wellbeing cannot be approached from only one angle — it requires caring for the mind, body and environment we live in.
This realization shaped both my personal life and my professional work.
A Life Between Cultures
My curiosity about people and the world led me to move from Mexico to the Netherlands to pursue my second master’s degree.
Starting over in a new country was both exciting and deeply challenging. I didn’t speak the language, had limited financial resources and was far away from my support system.
During those early years I also experienced burnout and depression. My journey with mental health became very real and very personal.
Therapy, movement, breathwork, community and building supportive habits became essential tools in learning how to navigate those experiences.
These years shaped how I approach wellbeing today: with empathy, humility and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
Travel, Courage and Healing
Travel eventually became another powerful teacher in my life.
For a long time I believed travel was a luxury I could not afford. But once I began exploring the world, I realized that being in new environments , witnessing beauty, meeting different people and experiencing awe, had a profound impact on my wellbeing.
Travel helped me reconnect with curiosity, courage and joy.
It reminded me that life can expand again, even after very dark periods.
Today I see travel not only as movement across places, but as a way of reconnecting with ourselves.
My Approach
My work brings together multiple disciplines:
• Organizational psychology
• Mental health and therapeutic insight
• Yoga and breathwork
• Mind-body wellbeing practices
• Leadership and culture transformation
This integrated perspective allows me to support both organizations and individuals in building healthier systems, internally and externally.
Because wellbeing is not only about individual habits. It is also about the cultures and environments we live and work within.
Brave and Mindful Living
Beyond my consulting work, I am building a platform dedicated to supporting women who want to live brave, mindful and healthy lives.
Through wellbeing practices, community and travel experiences, my vision is to create spaces where women feel empowered to explore both the world and their inner lives , safely, courageously and with intention.
Because adventure does not always have to be extreme.
Sometimes bravery looks like:
starting a new habit,
taking a trip alone,
asking for support,
or simply choosing to care for yourself differently.
Small steps, taken consistently, can transform our lives.
My Mission
I believe that wellbeing should be accessible, grounded in science, and rooted in compassion.
My mission is to help individuals and organizations create environments where people feel safe enough to grow, brave enough to explore and supported enough to thrive.
Whether through workplace strategy, individual sessions, or future wellbeing experiences around the world, my work is guided by the same intention:
to help people reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
When I’m Not Working
You’ll likely find me practicing yoga, lifting weights, planning my next trip, reading, or exploring nature with my dog.
Travel, movement and meaningful conversations remain some of my favorite ways to stay connected to life.
